Food was poor, roast potatoes tasted like they had been cooked for 6 hours, gravy was pale and tasteless, mash potato was lumpy, swede mash was lumpy. All in all it was very disappointing. They need to employ a good cleaner, cobwebs in lounge, slug trails on carpet and carpet needed a good hoover - I don't think cleanliness and hygiene is high on this pubs agenda.
